Customer Supplied Items Disclaimer

Customer supplied items can be decorated, but at your own risk and may be subject to a 25% up charge. We can not guarantee imprint quality on items not purchased from BlackMarx. BlackMarx will not replace or reimburse you for items that become damaged or misprinted during the decorating process, as a result of but not limited to; tech difficulty, negligence, miscommunication , etc.

Returns

Items that arrived damaged or wrong, must be reported immediately within one week of delivery date. Returned items that appear to be worn or washed, or mistreated prior to being returned will not be accepted for replacement. Acceptable return Items will be eligible for reimbursement or replacement at BlackMarx’s discretion.

In the event of an exchange because of a defect that can not be repaired, an exact match (brand, color, size) to the item will be provided. If that is not possible a refund or an alternative option may be offered.
